I found complimentary drinks from 17:30 to 19:00. The Aviary bar had a beautiful rooftop space. The location is near Liverpool Street, a great advantage. I can HIGHLY recommend this venue for solo travelers.
my beautiful king room felt basic. Customer service were ATROCIOUS. The cold food I returned I was told it was hot when they gave it to me. This felt inappropriate.

The breakfast was delicious with extensive options. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The team welcomed us warmly upon arrival. Early check-in meant we could freshen up sooner.

i found the location really useful for what i needed. the staff was very friendly and proactive with great attention to detail. my room was super clean and the bed, a beautiful king, felt very comfortable. the doorman were pretty good too help us.
the ac do not work properly. i was moved to other rooms several times. this caused a lot of inconvenience.

There was no thermostat to control the room temperature. I had to call reception several times to increase the room temperature. The temperature wasn't pleasant. I expected better from a five star hotel.
